  • Clear photos of the product and packaging are submitted

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Orders refused at delivery without valid reason

  • Delays caused by customs or courier services

  • Change of mind after shipment


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Orders seized, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities are not eligible for refund.

  • Refused shipments due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refund.

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
